The mission of Community Care is to improve the health and wellbeing of the community through the delivery of effective and accessible behavioral health services.

Community Care provides services to the youth of Maine through treatment foster care, in-home support services, case management services and therapy services through our outpatient clinic

The Community Care Center provides access to compassionate, high-quality healthcare services to the medically uninsured and underserved who reside in Forsyth, Stokes or Davie counties and meet the eligibility guidelines of the Community Care Center.
